  Previously he served as Director of Globo.com, the Internet & Media Convergence Company of Globo Organizations -- the largest media conglomerate in Latin America. Marcello has worked to build Globo.com since its start-up until 4 years later, when Globo.com was among the top 3 leaders in the Brazilian Market.
  
  Before this Marcello worked nine years in New York, and has numerous projects which were awarded internationally. He was director of IconMedialab (LBi) that during his tenure, was named by Advertising Age magazine as one of the top 3 interactive media agencies in the world.
  
  He has his Masters of Science in Communications Design from Pratt Institute in New York, and his MBA at Coppead, UFRJ (Financial Times list). Furthermore, he has been a speaker in many national and international conferences -- and has also taught and participated in academic activities in several Universities such as New York University, PUC-RJ (Brazil), FGV among others.
  
  Marcello is also the author of the book "Anatomy of the Internet".

  Jose Luis Martins, technical director
  
  José has over 15 years of experience in technology and was until 2003 the Chief Technical Officer of Modem Media, a world leader in Digital Marketing – responsible for developing relationships with partners such as ATG, Oracle, Vignette, as well as the technical definition of hundreds of major projects in Brazil, USA and Europe, for large companies such as Oi, Peugeot, Philips, Brazil Telecom, Unilever, Ipiranga, IBM and Oracle.

  Bernard Sartori, director of operations (São Paulo)
  
  A graduate in Industrial Design, with an MBA from Mackenzie University, Bernard worked with companies who pioneered management and creation for the Internet such as StudioWeb and Modem Media. He has worked for over 10 years as Project Manager and with Customer Service.
  
  Throughout his career, he attended several companies of all sizes and industries, including: Peugeot, Philips, Even, Cosac Naify, Globo.com, Intel, Telemar, Walita, Siemens and Itautec.

  Rodrigo Telles, creative director (São Paulo)
  
  A graduate in fine arts from ECA - USP, Rodrigo has worked for agencies such as DM9, DPTO and Modem Media. For more than 10 years of web experience he has served clients such as Peugeot, Oi, Suzano, Ipiranga, Odontoprev, Pão de Açucar, Siemens, Itautec, Kaiser, Speedy, Banco Real, Senac and Votorantim, among others.
  
  To his credit, he has won several awards, among them two short lists and a Cyber Lion from the International Advertising Festival of Cannes.

  André Bauduin, new business director
  
  Graduate in Social Communication, specialization in marketing, André already worked in agencies such as Salles, JWT, SGB, Fama, as a writer and art director. In the 90's he was an associate of two agencies, Società and Trinity, in which he worked as creative director and new business director. During his 25+ years of market, he served clients such as Lojas Americanas, Itautec-Philco, General Eletric, Merck, Ponto Frio, among others.
